If you cancel the service and return the Rescue Alert system before the quarterly contract expires, Rescue Alert will charge a $5 cancellation fee, and pro-rate your account for the service used, based on the regular priced monthly rental option of $28.95/month.

Example : Disconnect needed after 2 months of use:
	$28.95 x 2mo = $57.90 + $5 cancellation fee = $62.90.
	Original charge $74.85 – $62.90 = $11.95 refund
