Refund Policy:

30 Day Risk-Free Guarantee:

Rescue Alert proudly stands behind its service by offering a 30 day risk-free guarantee. Customer satisfaction has been Rescue Alert’s highest priority for more than 25 years. In the unlikely event that our customers are not completely satisfied in the first 30 days, they may return the equipment for a refund. The customer will receive a full refund, with the exception of $9.95 for standard shipping. The customer must call or e-mail Rescue Alert’s customer service department for return instructions. All original packaging must be included to ensure proper protection during shipping. The return package must be postmarked within 30 days from the order date.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Please insure your package because Rescue Alert cannot refund for items that are lost or damaged by the carrier. Rescue Alert reserves the right to charge for any missing or damaged parts that are not returned.
Please call Rescue Alert for return instructions at 800-688-9576.

Refunds
Applicable refunds typically issued within 30 days of the date Rescue Alert equipment is received in our office. The Rescue Alert equipment is inspected for missing items (original box, correct RJ11 phone cord, PHB’s, etc. ) as well as damages (i.e. phone cord chewed by a pet, liquid spilled into the Rescue Alert, etc). Missing items and damages are deducted from applicable refunds.

Rescue Alert customers paying with credit card will have a credit issued to the credit card used for the most current payment, or receive a check for the amout due, if the credit is issued within 90 days of payment. If refund is issued after 90 days, a refund check will be issued. Rescue Alert customers paying with an automatic withdrawal from checking account will be issued a check, which will be mailed to the address shown in our files as the person responsible for payment.

Annual and Quarterly Contract Cancellations
Since circumstances for individuals can change quickly and unexpectedly, customers selecting Annual or Quarterly payment plans may cancel prior to the end of the contract period. However, there is a Contract Cancellation Fee and a monthly charge for the Rescue Alert at the regular Monthly rate (currently $28.95 per month) until the Rescue Alert is received in our office.
