The protocol at Rescue Alert is to test each medical alert system every 30 days. Testing can usually be done in less than 3 minutes, and will not disturb any of the subscriber's responders. The purpose of testing is to provide safety, security, and peace of mind. This is accomplished through regular usage, which promotes confidence and familiarity with the medical alert system. It is essential that you, the distributor, train your subscribers during the setup process about the importance of regular testing.
