Manual Testing

Manual testing is when the subscriber presses their personal help button to activate to system. When the attendant makes contact, the subscriber simply informs the attendant that they are testing.

This is the most efficient way to meet all of the essential requirements of continuing service, but requires that the distributor properly trains the subscriber.
