Rescue Alert Reports

Rescue Alert offers many reports that can help to manage data flow, subscriber information updates, real time emergency resolutions and inventory management. Please read below to find out how each report may help your program.

Activity Report Shows all subscriber activity for the past month. This report is mailed out monthly
Customer History At your request, customer service can email, fax, or mail you a history of your subscriber's individual account history
Customer ID List At your request, customer service can email, fax, or mail you a list of all your subscribers installed with Rescue Alert.
Exception List Every day Rescue Alert makes multiple attempts to test your subscribers. The Exception List is a report showing those Subscribers that we were unable to contact, and therefore go untested. The Exception List is emailed, mailed or faxed daily.
Incident Detail Upon request Rescue Alert can email, fax, or mail you the details of your subscribers' incident on a specific date.
Install/Disconnect Shows all units you installed or disconnected with Rescue Alert in a particular month. This report is helpful in tracking your progress with Rescue Alert. This report is mailed, emailed or faxed monthly.
Unit ID List Shows all units belonging to you and their status with Rescue Alert; i.e.: Installed, Available, Repair, etc. This report is emailed, mailed or faxed monthly.
Automatic Email Reports
All automatic emails are sent at the end of each incident resolution.
Auto Verify Verifies information on a new install or unit transfer.
Change Authority Allows you to control who is changing your subscribers' information.
Medication Dispenser You can receive some or all resolutions involving your subscribers' Medication Dispenser, including: Comply, Non Comply, Jammed, and AC Fail.
Customer Service All Customer Service issues can be emailed to you immediately i.e. subscribers system is not working, PHB is sending in low battery, etc.
Notification All subscriber notifications can be emailed to you immediately i.e. Response Center is unable to restore power on a low battery or battery fail signal, subscriber is moving, subscriber wants new wristband, etc.
Emergency All Emergency Resolutions are emailed real time. This supplies you with information useful to case managers and government agencies.
Test Test Resolutions emailed in real time.
Inadvertent Inadvertent Resolutions emailed in real time
Verification of changes Verifies changes you or your subscriber have made to their account. This makes a great hard copy for your file.
Resolved Battery Notification indicating system battery is receiving power and unit is functioning properly again.
Supervisory Fail (Smoke) Real time notification, indicates a smoke detector low battery. This report allows you to contact the subscriber and service the unit immediately.
