Distributor Data Entry

Auto Data allows customer data to be automatically entered into the Rescue Alert database structure in a safe and efficient way. The Auto Data program saves the data into an interim database where it is later transferred by Rescue Alert personnel into the main Rescue Alert database.

Auto Data is beneficial to the subscriber because it decreases the likelihood of data entry errors. The data is entered directly into the database by the provider of the data instead of being interpreted from a faxed copy of the data. Often times these faxes are a copy of a copy and often hand written.
AutoData is beneficial to Rescue Alert and distributors because it reduces the amount of duplicate data entry required for setup and updates for each subscriber. By posting AutoData forms on the Internet, Rescue Alert is able receive data from multiple sources simultaneously and make the data available for installation instantly. AutoData refines and streamlines the data transfer process. It creates a defined protocol for servicing subscribers and promotes systematic tracking of events and updates.
