Testing your Rescue Alert medical alarm is easy. Simply press your panic button, and wait for a friendly Response Center attendant to speak to you. When the attendant asks if you need help, tell them you are doing a monthly test.
During each test, the Rescue Alert attendant will verify your name, address, and telephone number. This is to ensure that you will receive the fastest response time possible during an emergency.
We want you to test often! Test when your friends and loved ones visit to show them how well your system works. The attendants are waiting to talk to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
