The RA400 product has met the United States of America and Canada electrical product safety requirements and has earned the ETL Listed Mark. The RA400 has been certified by ETL to UL Standard 1637 for Home Health Care Signaling Equipment.

When a product bears the ETL Listed Mark, it is proof that the product has passed rigorous product safety testing and has achieved certification. The ETL Listed Mark is issued by the ETL SEMKO division of Intertek, a leading global testing, inspection and certification organization that serves manufacturers worldwide to help them reach global markets. The ETL mark is your assurance of product safety certification. ETL Testing Laboratories is accredited by OSHA as a Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL). They are also an SCC-accredited Testing Organization (TO) and Certification Body (CB). The ETL Listed Mark is recognized by authorities having jurisdiction throughout North America.

This rigorous certification process requires Rescue Alert to submit to an unannounced, quarterly inspection by a certified ETL engineer.
