If you have a DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) connection in your home, Rescue Alert strongly suggests the use of the Excelsus Z-Blocker filter (part# Z-275P2J), which can be ordered with your Rescue Alert, or the ADSL Broadband Filter (part# 279-101) sold at Radio Shack. All Rescue Alert RA400 medical alarms come with a built-in filter that, when coupled with one of the above filters, will ensure the compatibility of your medical alarm and DSL phone/internet service.
