Two-way voice monitoring allows you and a professionally trained response center attendant the ability to talk to each other 24 hours a day. The response center attendant will call your neighbors, friends, relatives, or an emergency number (paramedics, fire department or police) while staying in voice contact with you until help arrives or until the attendant determines that voice contact is no longer required.

  • Speak directly to the attendant rather than waiting for a responder to show up at your residence minutes later.
  • If the subscriber is unable to speak, the attendant will proceed to contact responders and send help.
  • Two-way voice service provides human contact to:
    • give pre-arrival instructions for the subscriber
    • offer comfort and reassurance that help is on the way
