EMT Alert, Inc. operates as an independent reseller of products and services, which include Rescue Alert products and services. EMT Alert, Inc. does not represent Rescue Alert, nor is EMT Alert, Inc. affiliated with Rescue Alert in any way. EMT Alert, Inc. purchases and resells Rescue Alert products and services. The principals of EMT Alert, Inc. are not employees of Rescue Alert, nor are they contracted labor providers. EMT Alert, Inc. is an independent business entity.

The relationship between the EMT Alert, Inc. and its subscribers is one of service performance, and payment for products and services. EMT Alert, Inc. is solely responsible for all aspects of their business; setting price schedules, developing leads, making sales presentations, collecting payments from Subscribers; in essence all aspects of finding, selling, and service and support for the subscriber's Personal Emergency Response System. The subscriber's, business relationship is solely between the subscriber and EMT Alert, Inc.

For the past five months Rescue Alert has been in the process of contacting EMT Alert, Inc. and it's President, Mr. Nathan Mooers, to collect on past due monies owed for monitoring services and products purchased from Rescue Alert. To date, all attempts have met with no response. Mr. Mooers has not responded to repeated attempts to address the past due amounts by telephone, certified US Mail, or other electronic means.

Rescue Alert has exhausted all avenues with EMT Alert, Inc. and Mr. Mooers, to collect on past due monies. This notice is to inform all EMT Alert, Inc. subscribers that they will be referred to Rescue Alert for continued service effective June 30, 2007. Any and all services continued after June 30, 2007 are due and payable directly to Rescue Alert. Please review, the price schedule of payment options available for Rescue Alert provided services.

Again, on June 30, 2007 all EMT Alert, Inc. Subscribers not continuing service with Rescue Alert, not paying Rescue Alert for their services, or not immediately returning the system to Rescue Alert, will have their Emergency Response System monitoring service turned off, and the replacement cost of the system, in the amount of $234.00, will be billed to the individual EMT Alert, Inc. subscriber.
